Three Bridges Shiraz

Calabria Three Bridges Shiraz Barossa Valley fruit is sourced from a combination of company owned and growers vineyards, with a vine age of 50 years. Vineyards range from Nuriootpa through to Stockwell and Vine Vale within the Barossa Valley. Company vineyards are all hand pruned, creating a wine with fine grained tannins, backed by an elegant flavour profile.

Rutherglen Wine Show
Abundant in flavour, this rich, warm palate is packed with ripe plums and black fruits, intertwined with spicy french oak tannins, providing length and powerful structure. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 7 years.
The fruit is harvested from low-yielding, 40 - 50 year old vines. Bill Calabria oversees all harvesting of fruit in the Barossa Valley. Transported to Calabria wines in the Riverina and immediately the fruit is de-stemmed onsite, carefully leaving most berries intact. Fermented in open top concrete 10 tonne fermenters, thoroughly plunged twice each day throughout a slow fermentation lasting 7 – 8 days. Pressed to stainless storage, where the wine completes primary and malolactic fermentation. Racked and transferred to 100% French oak Hogsheads, to mature for 12 months. A wine with a familiar Barossa fruit profile, modernised with an elegant European direction.
Enjoy with penne arrabiata or grilled beef fillet with pan seared forest mushrooms.
