The 2021 season was remarkably cooler in both regions, in comparison to previous years. This enabled crisper acidity, vibrant and refreshing flavours, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. The two parcels of fruit were blended to complement each other, ensuring the balance of fruit and palate structure was harmonious.
Flavoursome Malaysian noodles, Green Thai Curry or pair it back with a fresh seafood grazing board on a sunny afternoon.
