The fruit is machine harvested in the night and delivered to the winery where it is immediately crushed and pressed. The juice is treated like a white wine; clarified and fermented cool in stainless steel to capture all the beautiful fruit. The wine does not see any oak, but is stabillised and clarified immediately post ferment to further preserve the fruit.
Enjoy chilled with friends as an aperitif on a sunny afternoon or pair with fresh salads, grilled fish and Thai cusine.
