Pierre D'Amour Pinot Noir
Love is more easily felt and experienced than defined or explained in words. We say the same thing about our romantic Pinot Noir. An expressive red wine, filled with aromas of rasberry jubes, glazed cherries, exotic spice, and rosemary.
Fruit sourced from the Tumbarumba. Classic savoury notes with exotic spice. Red cherry fruit, silky texture, moderate body, easy drinking with good length.
Fruit harvesting was part machine and part hand. Fermentation was in open-top concrete vats for seven days, a small percentage of stalks were added back to the ferment. A portion of the wine was matured in old oak barrels for six months, while the balance is in stainless steel.
Enjoy while relaxing after a long day with grilled salmon or Asian roasted duck.
