Three Bridges Preservative Free Shiraz
Joining the already outstanding Calabria Three Bridges range, the Preservative Free Shiraz has all the hallmarks of the classic Three Bridges Barossa Shiraz with zero preservatives and sulphites.
Delightful, juicy and mineral palate of fresh ripe berry fruit, full of brightness and crunch that underline the tannins, to create a vibrant Shiraz.
Premium fruit is harvested and delivered for processing. During this time there is minimal intervention, before being gently plunged and fermented, then soon after undergoing malo-lactic fermentation. Following this, the wine is then bottled preservative free.
Ideal accompaniment to grilled meats with roasted vegetables, or a simple platter of hard cheeses.
