Winemaking

Crafted each vintage from the best single vineyard block of Chardonnay in our portfolio, fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed with only the free run portion set aside to ferment in 100% Austrian oak puncheons. Once dry, the barrels are allowed to age undisturbed for a total of nine months in a temperature-controlled room in order to allow the fruit and personality of the selected vineyard to speak for itself.

Food Pairings

A Chardonnay best enjoyed with fresh oysters and a seafood platter.
