Tasting Note

Luscious palate abundant with fruit sweetness and yeast texture giving richness and fullness, balanced with minerally acid giving a refreshing and lingering finish.

Winemaking

The juice is received at the Griffith winery and clarified before ferment. After a cool ferment the wine is kept on light yeast lees to build texture on the palate. The wine is fined, filtered and bottled early to capture freshness.

Food Pairings

A beautiful juicy yet savoury wine demands equally delicious food. Think fresh quality produce that speaks for itself. The saltiness of fresh seafood will pair really well with this wine as would a chilli dish such as sweet chilli lobster!
