Big and juicy characters of black fruit, with lovely supple density and inkiness of fruit tannin.
The parcels are crushed, destemmed and fermented on skins for up to 10 days. They are then pressed to 100% used French oak barrels to complete primary and malolactic fermentation. Once complete, the barrels were racked and returned to remove the lees, then matured in barrel for 6 months.
Enjoy with a gourmet beef burger or try with a grazing platter and blue cheese.
