The Orford Shiraz
In search for a better life, father & son, Domenico & Francesco Calabria boarded 'The Orford' ship in Italy to set sail for the land of opportunity, Australia. They settled in New South Wales & purchased a parcel of land to begin their winemaking journey & so the story of Calabria Family Wines began.
Enjoy aromas of fresh raspberry and ripe plums, compliment with hints of pepper and subtle cedar oak. A well rounded palate with rich fruit flavours of dark cherries, boysenberry and ripe plum. Juicy acidity is balanced with refined tannin to provide length and a rewarding finish.
Paired with roasted pork belly or with a classic Spaghetti Bolognese.
